Garage conversion on a detached home in Epsom.
To convert this garage in to a utility area, we had to brick in the existing garage door with matching red brick. We also moved the windows, insulated and rebuilt the interior walls. Underfloor heating was installed before interior works were carried out.
Flooring, tiling and plumbing were then installed along with cabinets and a sink to complete the utility area.
